Please familiarize yourself with our privacy policy

§1. General Provisions

The data controller is Omnilogy. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, and data is stored on secured servers.

For the interpretation of terms, please refer to the glossary in the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Privacy Policy (where it follows directly from the description). For better readability of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Administrator” with “We.”

The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect your right to privacy and ensure the security of your data. To this end, we use, among other measures, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). Personal data provided in the contact and demo forms is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Controller

The Service Provider is the data controller for its clients. This means that if you have an account on our website, we store your data such as name, surname, email address, and IP address.

Personal data is processed:

  • in accordance with personal data protection regulations;
  • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy;
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and properly perform the Services provided electronically;
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), provided that processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject;
  • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given, for example, if you subscribed to a newsletter;
  • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given, for example, if you registered for a webinar.

Every person whose data we process (where we act as the controller) has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can contact the person supervising personal data processing at the Service Provider via email at gdpr@omnilogy.pl.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international law obliges us to retain the data. The Service Provider may disclose the User’s personal data and other information to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement authorities).

Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to data processing.

The Service Provider does not share personal data with any entities other than those authorized under applicable law.

We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control measures to minimize the consequences of any potential data security breach. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
